TERMS OF USE
1. PARTIES

2. DEFINITIONS

4. PROVISIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE SITE

c. The MEMBER, during the use of the WEBSITE, has obtained the necessary permissions from the third parties he has declared to examine, download and control the documents on the WEBSITE, if necessary, and that he has all kinds of authority in this regard, does not violate the rights of third parties in any way, and He accepts in advance that all responsibility arising from the use of the WEBSITE belongs to him. D. Otherwise, BT GLOBAL accepts, declares and undertakes to indemnify all direct or indirect damages.

g. The MEMBER accepts that he assumes all responsibility and risk arising from the use of the WEBSITE. h. MEMBER agrees that he/she will not do the following in connection with the use of the site:

5. LIMITS OF BT GLOBAL'S LIABILITY
In no event will BT GLOBAL be liable for:

6. SPECIAL WARNING FOR INTERNATIONAL USE
Being aware of the global nature of the Internet, the MEMBER agrees to comply with all local laws and other regulations, including but not limited to rules regarding the Internet, data, electronic mail, or privacy. The MEMBER agrees to comply with the laws and other legislation, especially in Turkey or in the country of residence of the MEMBER.
7. PERSONAL DATA, E-BULLETIN AND CONFIDENTIALITY

BT GLOBAL may make changes in the implementation of this contract, as well as change, cancel or add new clauses without having to notify the MEMBERS for future technical necessities and compliance with the legislation. It is BT GLOBAL's decision whether to delete any record of the MEMBER's account terminated by the MEMBER. 8. VALIDITY OF IT GLOBAL RECORDS
The MEMBER declares and undertakes that BT GLOBAL's book records, microfilm, microfiche and computer records will constitute valid, binding, final and exclusive evidence within the meaning of Article 193 of HMK No. 6100, and that this article is in the nature of an evidential contract.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
The term force majeure; In addition to the situations accepted by law, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, system improvement or renewal works, malfunctions that may occur due to this, power cuts, bad weather conditions, BT GLOBAL's It will be interpreted as events beyond the control of the IN, which he could not prevent even though he showed the necessary care.
BT GLOBAL will not be obliged to fulfill its obligations under this contract in all cases deemed legally force majeure; shall not be held responsible in any form and at any level, alleging that the performances are performed wholly or partially, late or incompletely. MEMBER this etc. accepts and undertakes that it will not demand any compensation from BT GLOBAL under any name, citing any circumstances.
10. APPLICABLE PROVISIONS AND LAW
In case of disputes that may arise in relation to this contract, the provisions of this contract shall be applied first, and in cases where there is no provision, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply regardless of the conflict of laws provisions. The laws of the Republic of Turkey will be valid in the resolution of disputes between the parties, in the implementation and interpretation of the whole or parts of the contract.
11. NOTICE
The e-mail address that the MEMBER notifies to BT GLOBAL is accepted as the legal mailing address for any notification to be made regarding this contract. The MEMBER accepts that the notifications to the old e-mails will be valid and the notifications will be deemed to have been made to them, unless they notify BT GLOBAL in writing of changes in their current e-mail addresses within 3 (three) days.
12. ENFORCEMENT
This agreement enters into force between the parties indefinitely when the User fills the Registration Form and clicks the "I Accept" button at the bottom of the form. The MEMBER declares that he has read, understood and accepted all of the articles in this contract; accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she confirms the accuracy of the information given about him/her.
13. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
Any of the parties may terminate this agreement at any time.
14. DISPUTES SOLUTION
Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are exclusively authorized to resolve disputes arising from this contract.
15. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The failure of the WEBSITE to demand the implementation of any article of this agreement does not mean that it waives any provision or right.
BT GLOBAL may assign this agreement in whole or in part at any time without notice. However, the MEMBER cannot transfer this contract or any part of it to a third party.
BT GLOBAL may change the provisions of this privacy statement whenever it deems necessary, provided that it is published on the BT GLOBAL website. The provisions of the privacy statement modified by BT GLOBAL are deemed to have entered into force on the date they are published on the relevant page.
